How this version handles inputs

Privacy and local tools

This version has no account system, analytics tracking, or server-side company search. The tools work with the text and checklist selections in your browser.

Company names and codes stay in the tool

The preparation assistant and USCC checker process your input in the current browser page. They do not send company names or codes to a company-data API, a search backend, or an analytics service.

Typing into a tool does not search GSXT. You open the external portal yourself and choose what to enter there. This version does not create an account or save a company-search history.

Copying requires your click

A copy button writes its displayed text to your clipboard only when you click it. The tools do not automatically read your clipboard.

Copied text is then handled by your device’s clipboard. It can remain there after you leave this page; clearing a tool input does not clear your clipboard.

The checklist has no saved history

Your checklist selections are held in the current page’s memory. This version does not write them to localStorage or a user account, and does not offer a saved checklist history.

If you need a purchasing record, keep your own copy of the findings and supporting documents. Browser history, form restoration, and device settings are controlled by your browser rather than this checklist.

External sites have their own practices

Official-source links take you to third-party websites. Opening one makes a browser request to that website; any information you enter there is handled by that site under its own rules.

This page describes the tools included in this version. It does not describe the privacy practices of GSXT, court portals, or other linked services. See the source directory before choosing where to continue your check.
