Prepare the search, then use the official portal

Use this site to organize a Chinese company name or code, check the structure and checksum of a USCC locally, and work through a supplier review checklist.

Company records are searched on the official GSXT portal. This release does not provide a live company database, translate a retrieved company record, or generate a company verification report.

An English helper with a separate identity

“NECIPS” is an English abbreviation used for the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System, 国家企业信用信息公示系统. The official portal uses the gsxt.gov.cn domain.

NECIPS Guide is not operated by that portal or by China’s market regulation authorities. Its domain name does not imply government affiliation, approval, or access to official data.

Use explanations with their sources

The guides link to official publications for registration disclosure and coding rules. Read the source directory to see what each source is used for.

Translations help you read a record; they do not replace its Chinese wording. Tool outputs describe the text you entered or the checklist actions you selected. They do not establish a company’s identity, creditworthiness, or suitability for an order.

The privacy page explains how this version handles inputs and external links.
